On-Call Delivery Driver

About the Role:

We are seeking an On-Call Delivery Driver to join our team in the Transportation and Warehousing industry. As an On-Call Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers in West Lebanon. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work on-call, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in delivery driving or logistics
• Familiarity with West Lebanon and surrounding areas
• Ability to operate a variety of delivery vehicles
• Experience with GPS and routing software

Responsibilities:

• Deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure accuracy of deliveries by verifying product and customer information
• Maintain delivery records and logs
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with delivery
• Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while driving

Skills:

As an On-Call Delivery Driver, you will utilize your strong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will be essential in maintaining positive relationships with our customers. You will also utilize your driving skills and knowledge of traffic and safety regulations to ensure safe and efficient delivery of goods. Additionally, your ability to operate a variety of delivery vehicles and familiarity with GPS and routing software will be beneficial in this role.
