Minimum 1 -3 years of experience in Plastic injection/molds
High level machine operator role.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accurate and efficient mold set-ups and start-ups to maintain high level machine output andutilization.
This position also participates in packing, shrink wrapping, and assembly activities.
Understands or has the ability to understand the documented run parameters for new or existing departmentmolds/materials.
Possesses technical skills and experience and/or the aptitude to learn and apply the skills necessary for efficientprocessing and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
Performs all Set-Up Tech I responsibilities.
Monitors mechanical systems for proper operations.
Troubleshoots and resolves processing problems as they arise.
Monitors scrap and makes necessary process changes to meet department KPI's.
Executes and monitors plans and activities based on schedule of priorities.
Coordinates activities with various departments to achieve goals and objectives.
Accurately completes daily system transactions within AS400 and Mattec systems.
Execute each essential duty satisfactorily in order to perform job successfully.
Follows all safety procedures required in work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reportssafety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions.
Performs effectively as a team member, able to work well with others, open to receive and give feedback, andtreats everyone with respect.
Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accepts accountability for own actions, encourages solutions, andcommunicates status of work/projects.
