Role and Responsibilities
- Directs crew & activities on the job site.
- Accountable forcrewsproductionrates,andmaterial budgets& Accountability Chart.
- Communicates schedule changestoProject Manageroradditionalresourcesrequiredto complete the job on budget.
- Tracks and records all job expensesincluding clocking in crewand populating photosin live time viaLMN.
- Maintains a clean,organizedand safe job siteincludingequipment and vehicle(s).
- Ensures that all installation work is performedin accordance withindustry and company standards.
- Regular communicationwithour clients& Production Manager(s).
- Proficient heavy equipment operating skills including skid steer and mini excavator specifically finish grading by using harley rake,rockhoundand similar attachments.
- Good timemanagement skills; Willingness to work long hours as needed.
- Ensuresdiggershotlinelocatesare validprior to excavation.
- Trains & Develops Crew Members & LeadCrew Members.
- Abilityto putrun a crew that performs $700,000-$1,200,000 in billable revenue per year.
Job Requirements:
- DriversLicense & able to be insured oncompany’sInsurance Policy.
- Excellent, clear communication skills(written & Verbal)
- Ability to resolve conflicts
- Ability to take constructive criticism
- Diverseexpertisewith zone 5 hardy nursery stock
- Knowledge of hardscaping including transit reading,leveland ability toestablishgrades.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills
- Experience orwillingto adapt with technologythat'sintegrated in ourday to daybusiness management software & Production.
