Freedom Behavioral
Freedom Behavioral is currently accepting resumes for a Service Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth and outreach efforts of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This position plays a critical role in developing community partnerships, increasing program awareness, and supporting patient access to behavioral health services.
The Service Development Representative serves as a liaison between Freedom Behavioral and referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations. This role focuses on building referral relationships, educating partners about available services, and supporting continuity of care across varying levels of behavioral health treatment.
Position Summary
The IOP Service Development Representative develops and maintains professional referral relationships within the community while acting as a conduit of information between Freedom Behavioral and external healthcare partners. The SDR collaborates with leadership, clinical teams, and community stakeholders to identify educational needs and promote behavioral health awareness.
Responsibilities include coordinating outreach initiatives, supporting community education efforts, and assisting with transitions of care to ensure patients receive appropriate services aligned with clinical needs.
