Archer Meat Snacks, the #1 jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty Channel, is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations across our production departments in San Bernardino, CA. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll drive operational excellence by improving KPIs, developing your team, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards.

You’ll work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams, including quality, warehouse, maintenance, and sanitationto solve problems, improve efficiency, and maintain a high-performing production environment. What You’ll Own & Impact:
· Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant workplace and foster a safety-first culture
· Ensure USDA, HACCP, and GMP compliance across all production activities
· Lead, coach, and develop line leads and production staff
· Optimize staffing levels, manage labor efficiency, and minimize overtime
· Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and address equipment issues
· Drive daily output to meet production goals while ensuring product quality
