Full-Time Companion / Direct Support Professional (40 Hours Guaranteed)

Breakthroughs LLCis seeking a reliable and flexible Caregiver/Companion to join our growing team in the Land O' Lakes and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time position with40 hours per week. Staff will be assigned to multiple consumers to create a consistent weekly schedule. Ideal candidates are dependable, professional, and comfortable supporting multiple individuals throughout the week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and community-based support
• Provide In-home support
• Assist consumers with daily living activities and community outings
• Promote independence, safety, and engagement
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication

Requirements:

• Valid Florida driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current Insurance and registration
• Level 2 Background Screening (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work with multiple consumers in Land O' Lakes & surrounding areas
• Strong communication and reliability
• Basic computer skills

Service Areas:
Lutz, Land O' Lakes, and Wesley Chapel

Hours:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week (schedule built from assigned consumer shift )

Pay:$18/hour

This position is ideal for someone seeking consistent full-time hours while making a meaningful impact in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 2 years (Required)
