Position Summary / Purpose
Create high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of our fire, water and contents cleaning services.
Facilitate the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to process contents and restore damaged personal property to its pre-loss condition.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate estimates from subcontractors
On-board new customers
Close content jobs with customers
Coordinate laborers and cleaners with scheduler
Coordinate subcontractors with scheduler
Maintain inventory of materials needed for contents cleaning projects
Coordinate the packing and inventorying of damaged contents for processing
Perform production work as needed
Perform minor repairs on equipment
Communicate with customers and conduct in-home assessment as needed
Maintain project files
Ensure technicians are meeting their required daily goals
Train new and current content leads and technicians
Maintain safety with equipment
Maintain safe and clean warehouse
Coordinate and dispose of total loss inventory
- Tracking chronology of events

- Ensure work is completed accurately and within time constraints
- Supply inventory
- Maintain job spreadsheet
Ensure job note entered in DASH daily for current active jobs

Works with Contents Manager in hiring, development and discharge of contents processing personnel

Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
College degree desired or four (4) years in cleaning / restoration industry with a High School or GED is desireable (not mandatory). With team leader or supervisory responsibility experience preferred.
Technical skills
Bilingual (Preferred)
Advanced technical skills, experience, and certification in the area of contents packing and processing.
Adequate math skills. Able to quickly and effectively translate remaining work into manpower planning, project completion times, and review and assess labor time reporting. Effectively project job costs based on work remaining.
Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of computers and computer software, especially MS Word and Excel. Experience with Xactimate software is a plus
Effective in receiving feedback and input from employees, probing for additional information or unspoken issues and providing timely response.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions
The work of this position is predominantly carried out in a shop or job site environment. Daily exposure to the shop where vehicles and equipment are housed and maintained and where contents are processed is expected. Employee will encounter facilities where standing water and sewage are present, heat is unavailable due to lack of utilities, fire damage has occurred, and mold or other organic growth exists.
