ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With more than 21 years of experience in the insurance industry and 14 years as a State Farm Agent, I’m proud to have built a career centered around helping customers, developing people, and growing a successful agency. Born and raised in Oak Cliff, Dallas has always been home. After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Business, I went on to build two agency locations in Dallas and Mesquite and now lead a team of approximately 12 professionals.
Our agency has a high-energy, goal-driven culture. We set big goals and hold ourselves to high standards, and that commitment has helped our agency consistently rank among the top 5% of State Farm agencies for several years. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Imelda Mendoza - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
