Behavior Technician for ABA Therapy - Part Time + Bonus

BTA is growing!

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team across the Contra Costa region, CA. We are currently hiring both Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians!

Position:Behavior Technician (BT) – Bilingual Spanish-Speaking & Non-Bilingual Candidates Welcome
Locations:Multiple openings throughout Contra Costa.
Setting:Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center
Schedule:Part-Time

• Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. (preferred)

Competitive Pay: $25 - $28 per hour.

Requirements:

• Own reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Active car insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Incredible Bonuses:

All bonuses are added on top of your base hourly rate!

+$10/hr for weekend sessions (Saturdays).

+$5/hr for Monday–Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later.
