Position Summary
We areseekinga reliable and detail-oriented PM Shipping Clerk toassistwith theevening shipping operations and ensure Small Parcel and other PM orders are processed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized,communicateseffectively, and takes ownership ofidentifyingand resolving potential shipping issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship all Small Parcel orders andmaintaina daily shipment recap.
• Select most effectivecartonencasesproduct & help reduce costs.
• Ensure Small Parcel, CPU, and other PM orders are processed and shipped according to schedule.
• Maintainaccurateshipping documentation and order status.
• Monitor outstanding and delayed orders and communicate issues promptly to management and Customer Service.
• Wave and release ordersin a timely mannerfor fulfillment.
• Verify pallet counts andidentifydiscrepancies between expected and actual quantities.
• Review upcoming orders and routes toidentifypotential shipping, inventory, pallet, or routing issues.
• Print and organize Bills of Lading (BOLs) for scheduled routes.
• Provide a clear shift-to-shift handoff, including open orders, priorities, and outstanding issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shipping office.
