What You'll Do

• We believe in Warm Latin Hospitality, especially during first and last impressions

• Welcome every guest likethey’rewalking into your home

• Ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for in-person, over the phone, or a 3rdparty vendor

• Follow our Service Steps as outlined

• Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards

• Keep a "never walk past a napkin on the floor" mentality

• Manage the flow of the restaurant by balancing reservations, walk-ins, and table turns with confidence and grace

• Anticipate guest needs from special occasions to accessibility or seating preferences and make them feeltruly caredfor

• Answer phones and handle inquiries with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail

• Assistwith takeout/delivery/catering orders, ensuring accuracy and hospitality even beyond our doors

• Communicate constantly and quietly with Management and service staff to ensure seamless service for all guests

• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly

• Participate in pre-shifts,trainings, and team meetings because we grow together

• Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu

Skills and Qualifications

• Guest Service Experience - 1 Year preferred

• Ability to multi-task while staying calm, cool, and collected

• Kill them with kindness

• Ability to stand on your feet through a shift

• High School Degree or GEDrequired
