Associate Personal Injury Attorney

An outstanding, full-time position has become available in the Turlock, CA area for an Associate – Personal Injury Attorney to join a strong close-knit legal team. Required work experience includes:

• 2+ years of Personal Injury experience(plaintiff side) is aMUST
• Candidates with related experience in PremisesLiability, ToxicTorts, Slip and Falls, WrongfulDeath, CatastrophicInjury, TBI, etc. are also encouraged to apply
• Experience with Pre-Litigationprocesses and procedures (i.e. drafting demand letters and complaints, legal strategy, identifying all potential defendants, hiring experts, reviewing medical records, working with insurance companies, etc.) is a MUST
• CaliforniaBaradmission is a MUST
• JurisDoctordegree from an accredited Law School is a MUST
• Ability to communicate complex legal terms in Spanish is a PLUS
