CPV Manufacturing is looking for a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Associate who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for improvements, and wants to work in beautiful Kennett Square, PA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general facility maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and janitorial repairs
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility, including the production areas, office, restrooms and cafeteria
- Manage inventory of janitorial and maintenance supplies
- Assist Shipping Coordinator with support in receiving, acts as back-up
- Communicate effectively with management on status of projects and complete them in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of general building maintenance experience
- Ability to prioritize and be organized
- Shipping / receiving experience a plus
- Strong computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong initiative, integrity, and the desire and ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Mechanical aptitude
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position requires work in both an office and manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, twist, bend, access tight spaces and climb ladders
