Medical Practice Manager

Private solo cardiology practice seeks a Practice Manager with a strong background in billing and collections. The manager's primary responsibility will be centered around revenue cycle management and overseeing daily office operations with occasional patient interaction as needed. Managerial duties will be shared with the physician-owner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of billing and collections of the practice
• Manage day-to-day operations of the cardiology practice to maintain efficient personnel management and workflow coordination
• Supervise and support a team of 2 employees, train new employees as needed
• Maintain compliance with medical office standards and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in revenue cycle management
• Familiarity with CVCP and eClinicalWorks software
