Expanding HVAC equipment company is seeking an experienced and driven Inside Sales Leader to drive revenue and oversee the inside reps. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day sales operations, developing team performance, and driving new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of technical HVAC sales and leadership experience. This is an office-based position; candidates must be commutable to the Williamsburg, VA region on a daily basis. They offer a competitive base salary in the $120K - $150K range and commission forafirst-year potentialof $150K or more.
