JavaScript / TypeScript
- Solid foundation in modern ECMAScript (ES6+)
- Asynchronous programming (Async/Await, Promises)
API & Backend Integration
RESTful API Consumption
- Proven experience fetching data from and sending data to external REST APIs
- Handling JSON payloads
- Understanding standard error response codes
- Managing CORS
- Implementing authentication header strategies
External Third-Party APIs
- Track record of integrating third-party services such as:
- Authentication providers
- Payment gateways
- Webhooks
- Experience handling rate limiting, API keys, and error states gracefully
Scalability & Architecture
Modular Architecture
- Ability to structure scalable and maintainable project directory layouts
- Write clean, reusable components
Extensibility & Adaptability
- Experience integrating new libraries, state management tools, and UI utilities as applications scale
Build Tools & Performance
- Familiarity with modern build tools (e.g., Vite)
- Web performance optimization techniques, including:
- Lazy loading
- Code splitting
Development Practices & Collaboration
Git & Version Control
- Proficiency with Git workflows
- Branching strategies
- Pull requests
- Code reviews
Environment Configuration
- Experience managing environment variables (.env) securely across:
- Development
