What you’ll do
- Examine incoming materials, parts in production, and finished goods to confirm they meet specifications.
- Use measurement devices and test equipment to evaluate quality and safety.
- Capture results and keep precise records of quality metrics and findings.
- Partner with production teams to pinpoint root causes and correct issues quickly.
- Drive and participate in continuous improvement to boost quality and efficiency.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards and internal policies at all times.
- Offer data-backed feedback and suggest process enhancements.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework a plus.
- Experience performing quality inspections or closely related work.
