We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our market presence. You'll develop and execute sales plans, secure new clients, and deepen existing relationshipsall while helping us scale to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Growth: Set, monitor, and achieve team sales targets, revenue milestones, and performance KPIs.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze sales pipelines, forecast quarterly revenues, and present performance metrics to executive leadership.
• Key Account Management: Directly manage and cultivate relationships with major brands, corporate clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative and Engineering teams to align deliverables to exceed our client expectations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop innovative sales strategies, media kits, and pricing models to capture new market share.

Target Skills & Experience:

· 5+ years in direct sales in a CPG, or retail focused customer vertical

· Proficient use of time management tools and all Microsoft office products

· Documented history of exceeding individual and team sales goals

· Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of closing enterprise or complex solutions
