About the job
The Production Planner supports manufacturing operations by maintaining production schedules,
tracking progress, coordinating materials, and ensuring accurate production planning throughout
the project.
We're looking for someone who
Has experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing coordination, or a
related operations role
Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
Has experience tracking production schedules and monitoring workflow
Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams
Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Pays close attention to detail and maintains accurate records
Can prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Works independently with minimal supervision after training
Handles confidential business information with professionalism
Has reliable access to a personal computer for remote work
What you'll do
Support daily production planning and scheduling activities
Track production progress and provide daily status updates
Coordinate material availability and expedite materials as needed
Update production schedules based on operational priorities
Maintain accurate production records and planning documentation
Communicate schedule changes and production updates to internal teams
Monitor workflow to help ensure production goals are achieved
Support cross-functional coordination between production, planning, and operations
Maintain confidentiality of business information and project documentation
Perform additional planning and administrative tasks as assigned
Physical requirements
Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Must be able to perform repetitive computer and data entry tasks
Must be able to work onsite during the initial training period and transition to a hybrid work
schedule
