The Outbound Sales Representative drives growth by recruiting and activating new Hub partners across assigned regions through high-volume outbound sales efforts. This role focuses on consultative selling, lead qualification, and partner relationship development while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and consistently meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
ResponsibilitiesThis role operates primarily in a standard office-based sales environment with expected hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office attendance approximately one to two times per week for meetings and collaboration, and the remainder of the time working remotely or from a suitable professional workspace. You will use CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales enablement tools to manage leads and track performance, and you will spend a significant portion of your day on outbound calls and virtual meetings. The culture emphasizes partnering with small businesses across the United States to create mutually beneficial, win-win relationships through the Hub program. Team members are encouraged to share market insights and customer feedback to improve the program and sales approach. Benefits include eligibility for two weeks of paid time off following a successful performance review after six months, as well as commission opportunities tied to outbound sales results, with earnings available for each Hub application, Ready to Launch milestone, and successful launch plus four weeks.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
