construction laborer

Stone & Resin is hiring dependable on-call construction laborers for resin-bound driveway, patio, and commercial installations throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

Pay: $28-35 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Project-based work; typically full job days
Employment: On-call W-2 position

Work includes:

• Loading aggregate and resin materials
• Operating a forced-action mixer
• Moving and placing mixed material
• Surface preparation and cleanup
• Following simple visual production procedures

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 55-pound bags repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Must arrive on time
• Construction experience preferred but not required

Workers who complete their first five scheduled job days without being late or missing work receive a $100 reliability bonus.
