Join Our Team: Facilities Technician T2

Kelly in partnership with Compal USA Technology is on a mission to revolutionize advanced manufacturing, fueling the next generation of AI servers and enterprise technology solutions.As a Facilities Technician T2, you'll play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing and office environments are safe, secure, and fully functional.

Location: Taylor, TX (training in Georgetown)
Hours: 8a-5p Monday- Friday
Compensation: starting at $26/hr

What You'll Do:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across the site
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems, including badge access, CCTV, and alarms
  • Conduct regular facility and security inspections to ensure everything is operating smoothly
  • Respond swiftly to service requests and security incidents
  • Support workplace safety, emergency response, and site security procedures
  • Monitor access control activities and manage badge processes
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility and security projects
  • Keep accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service documentation
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and security procedures
Who You Are:
  • 2–4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or security systems support
  • Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Experience with access control, CCTV, and alarm systems preferred
  • Background in manufacturing or commercial facility environments a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Technical certification or trade school training preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
