PositionOverview

Hennion & Walsh is seeking ambitious, motivated, and career-driven individuals to join our Investment Associate Career Development Program. This paid 18-month training program is designed for individuals looking to launch a long-term career in nancial services and become licensed Financial Advisors.

As an Investment Associate, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and nancial support while preparing for the FINRA licensing exams required to become a Financial Advisor. We pay you while you study and continue to provide training, mentorship, and career development once licensed.

Unlike many entry-level nancial services roles, this program oers a structured path for growth with ongoing support, mentorship from experienced advisors, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing investment rm. This role is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a desire to help clients work toward their nancial goals.

Position KeyResponsibilities
  • Participate in the rm’s Financial Advisor training and licensing program
  • Study for and complete FINRA licensing examinations with rm support
  • Learn investment products, nancial markets, and wealth management strategies
  • Develop communication and relationship-building skills through advisormentorship
  • Assist in building and maintaining clientrelationships
  • Collaborate with advisors and internal teams in a fast-paced nancial services environment

The base salary range for this trainee position is $30,000.00-61,000.00 per year, plus variable compensation. Please note this role requires in-person attendance.

Placement in the range will vary based on performance throughout the training period.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the position includes variable compensation and benets including health benets and 401(k) plan.
