About the Role:

We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initial estimate to project completion. This role combinesrelationship-building,sales, andproject oversight ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping others.

You’ll work closely with a Construction Superintendent to manage contractors and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage estimates for restoration projects (fire, water, mold, storm, etc.) usingXactimate

  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution alongside a Superintendent

  • Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

  • Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met on all job sites

  • Support marketing and relationship-building initiatives to grow accounts

  • Attend client meetings and represent ServiceMaster DSI professionally

  • Monitor financial performance and resolve issues to keep projects on track

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and contribute to team development

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience inrestoration and/or construction project management

  • Proficiency withXactimate(estimating software)

  • Background indisaster mitigation/restorationhighly preferred

  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills

  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as needed

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
