General Industrial Warehouse Associate– Odessa, TX
Pay Range: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Openwork is currently assisting a client in hiring General Industrial Warehouse Associatefor positions based in Odessa, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company committed to providing a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
Load and unload containers, moving materials to designated areas
Perform accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory control
Complete general warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Proficiency with electric pallet jacks and forklifts
Strong inventory management and cycle count skills
Reliable team player with the ability to work well under pressure
