In this physically demanding role, you will assist in performing foundation repairs, waterproofing, soil excavation, and structural stabilization for residential and commercial properties. Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy manual labor in various outdoor weather conditions, including continuous bending, stooping, and hand-digging.
• Heavy Lifting: Ability to repeatedly lift, push, and carry 80+ pounds throughout the workday.
• Dependability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a team-player attitude.
• Transportation: Must possess reliable personal transportation to get to job sites and company dispatch locations on time.
