• Schedule: 30-40 hours per week. Monday through Friday. Yes weekend rotation.

• Pay Rate: $38-44 per hour (depending on the experience)

• Requirements:

  Active state license required

  Graduate of an accredited therapy program

  Minimum 2 years of recent experience preferred

  CCRC with over 200 units, providing SNF and AL/IL on the same campus
