Civil Engineering Project Manager
You know how to lead projects, build client trust and keep teams moving in the right direction. Fehr Graham is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to manage projects from planning through completion, serve as a key client contact and help identify opportunities to grow relationships and expand our work.

What you'll do
As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, you'll lead projects, work closely with clients and help teams deliver strong results. You'll also:
· Manage civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction
· Serve as a primary client contact and build strong, lasting relationships.
· Coordinate multidisciplinary teams while managing scope, schedule and budget.
· Prepare proposals, cost estimates, reports and technical documents.
· Identify opportunities to support current clients and develop new relationships.
· Provide technical guidance, quality reviews and mentorship to junior staff.
· Stay engaged with industry trends, professional organizations and client needs.
What it takes
Ideally, you'll have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of civil engineering and project management experience. You should also:
· Hold a Professional Engineer license.
· Have experience managing projects and client relationships.
· Understand civil infrastructure and project delivery.
· Communicate well with clients, colleagues and project teams.
· Manage multiple priorities while keeping projects on track.
· Work well independently and as part of a team.

The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
