Banquet Sales Manager

We are seeking a Banquet Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, ala carte restaurant experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all banquet activities
• Identify potential clients through networking
• Oversee guest services
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Train and manage all banquet personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet clients' needs
• Meeting sales targets
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Ala carte restaurant experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
