Are you dependable, customer-focused, and ready to hit the ground running? We're a busy car rental company looking for a motivated Car Rental Associate to join our team!
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Process rentals, returns, and payments efficiently
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage before and after rental
- Clean rental vehiclesto keep them looking sharp
- Drive and relocate vehicles between locations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lot and office space
- Provide top-tier customer service every step of the way
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Clean driving record (MVR will be checked)
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Able to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
