Back-Up Caregiver Position Serious Applicants Only
BackUp Caregiver OnCall Position
Guaranteed 40 Hours per Week
$14 Hourly Base Rate
If you are called in, you will receive the standard caregiver rate for all hours worked with the client.
***Requirements No Exceptions***
A reliable vehicle is mandatory.
You must arrive at the client’s home within 90 minutes of being notified.
If the oncall caregiver calls off, the guaranteed 40hour pay does not apply, and no compensation will be issued for those hours.
Must be comfortable with cats, cigarette smoke, and medicinal marijuana use in the home.
Must be goodnatured, positive, and have a strong sense of humor.
Must be able to redirect negativity with positivity.
This role is not suitable for individuals who are easily offended or overly sensitive.
***Experience with transfer, bedpans, gait belts needed***
Hours on-call
5am-1pm M, T, F, S, S
