Pool Service Technician – Full-Time (Mon–Fri) – Competitive Pay + Allowances

Service Area: Claremont Duarte La Puente Diamond Bar
Company: Trinity Pool & Spa Care
Status: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + mileage allowance + cell phone allowance
Pay Incentive: Higher hourly rate for applicants who hold or are willing to obtain their LA County Health Department Public Health License
Uniforms: Company-provided shirts and hats

We’re Hiring a Full-Time Pool Service Technician

Trinity Pool & Spa Care is looking for a reliable, detailoriented Pool Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, yearround field position servicing residential and commercial pools across the Foothill corridor. We provide structured routes, steady work, and a professional environment where technicians can take pride in consistent, highquality service.

If you enjoy working outdoors, managing your own route, and delivering excellent customer service, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities)

  • Service and clean up to 40 pools per week (Mon–Fri)
  • Brush tile, walls, steps, and benches
  • Skim debris and vacuum as needed
  • Test, balance, and adjust water chemistry
  • Empty skimmer and pump baskets
  • Inspect equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation, sweep systems)
  • Perform chlorine and chemical deliveries during downtime
  • Provide route coverage when other technicians call out sick
  • Log all service details in the company’s mobile app
  • Communicate professionally with customers
  • Wear companyprovided uniforms to maintain a clean, professional appearance

What You Need to Succeed

  • Reliable personal truck capable of transporting equipment and chemicals
  • Valid auto insurance
  • Clean 5year driving record
  • Ability to work independently and follow a structured route
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
  • Smartphone capable of running the work app
  • High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Basic understanding of pool chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, conditioner, calcium)
  • Familiarity with residential and commercial pool equipment
  • Ability to identify common issues (low flow, air leaks, clogged baskets, failing equipment)
  • Experience maintaining clean, clear, and inviting pool water
  • Strong time management across multi-stop daily routes
