Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

ABOUT THE POSITION
Magnolia Green is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise a crew of one to two technicians.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can organize a crew, maintain high quality standards, work efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supervise and work alongside a crew of two to three landscape technicians
- Plan and organize daily routes and job-site responsibilities
- Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and efficiently
- Inspect properties for quality and address any problems
- Train and develop crew members
- Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members
- Safely operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power equipment
- Drive company trucks and safely pull equipment trailers
- Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are properly used and maintained
- Assist with planting, mulching, irrigation, lighting, patios, decks, and other landscape work when needed
- Handle fertilizers and landscape chemicals according to company procedures
- Follow and enforce company safety policies
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of professional landscape maintenance experience
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
- Able to lead by example and work alongside the crew
- Dependable, trustworthy, organized, and professional
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage people, schedules, equipment, and job-site details
- Committed to quality work and excellent customer service
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
- Willing to learn and participate in ongoing training

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to drive trucks up to one ton
- Ability to safely pull and maneuver trailers
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical landscape work
- Follow all company policies and safety requirements
- Properly use and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
