Requires a WI Driver License to drive an agency vehicle

Available Position:

Monday-Friday 7a-3p

What you'll do:

• Help an individual live his best life - at home and in the community
• Provide reminders and prompts for personal care and hygiene
• Encourage and support healthy eating habits
• Foster an active lifestyle, engaging in physical activities and car rides
• Follow support plan and detailed protocols
