The Field Supervisor is responsible for leading daily job walks, supervising repair and service work, and maintaining strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to support project success.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality control across all plumbing construction activities
- Maintain strict safety compliance on-site
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Resolve problems and conflicts promptly
- Conduct thorough site inspections
- Lead daily job walks and supervise repair and service work
- Manage a team of 6-15 personnel in various concurrent projects
- Travel daily to multiple job sites to oversee project progress
Required Qualifications
- Valid Plumbers License
- Proven team leadership experience
