Compensation:

$30 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Craft and install high-quality wooden structures, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every project.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute construction tasks efficiently, meeting project timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and real estate agents to understand and address their needs promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company standards.
  • Utilize your plumbing and electrical skills to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our properties.
  • Inspect and repair existing structures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
