Shift Lead

Nara Thai is a family owned business with multiple locations around Houston. We believe in high quality, great tasting and accessible food. We are looking for people to help us make the leap to take us to the next level of hospitality in addition to great teammates to grow with us.

As a Shift Lead, you will provide leadership at the restaurant level and assist the management team in daily operations. The team will rely on you for direction and development, and you will set the example for quality standards, operating systems, procedures, philosophies, and culture.

Ensure shift runs smoothly

Able to resolve any issues during shift

Ensure correct items for deliveries and sent invoices to accountant

Keep up with rules, training and cleaning schedules.
