Schedule:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
- Overtime may be available based on production needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
- Load, unload, and move production materials.
- Use hand tools and basic mechanical skills to support production.
- Follow safety and quality standards.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials, including reels weighing 70 lbs or more.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, farming, mechanical, or other physically demanding work preferred.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical labor throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Able to lift and move heavy materials regularly.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Willing to learn and grow with the company.
