Entry-Level Customer Consultant to join our growing team in College Station, TX! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people and wants to develop valuable skills in
customer relations, sales, communication, and business development. No prior experience is required we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships through direct, face-to-face interactions
- Learn to identify customer needs and present solutions based on those needs
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout each interaction
- Meet individual and team sales goals and performance expectations
- Participate in paid training, coaching, and ongoing professional development
- Work collaboratively with team members to support customer engagement and sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Develop communication, customer service, sales, and business development skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to the College Station, TX area
- No prior sales or customer service experience required full training provided
