Civil Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in civil site design to join our employee-owned company. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office programs, and civil engineering design, along with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Ohio is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform civil site design and engineering work
  • Develop and review plans using AutoCAD
  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs for project documentation and communication
  • Support project development from design through completion
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
  • Contribute ideas and expertise as a valuable member of an employee-owned company

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in civil engineering required
  • Experience with civil site design
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ohio P.E. license preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate
  • Commitment to being an engaged and valuable member of an employee-owned organization
