• Working collaboratively with dealership leadership to achieve department and company goals.

• Previous experience leading an automotive service department.
• Strong knowledge of fixed operations, service processes, and performance metrics.
• The ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and make sound business decisions.
• A commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Import dealership experience is preferred.
