Estimator / General Manager
We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our growing restoration and environmental services team. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys estimating, developing business, building relationships, and leading projects and people.
What You’ll Do
- Estimate residential and commercial restoration projects
- Develop new business through networking and relationship building
- Build relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, and commercial clients
- Lead projects from initial estimate through completion
- Schedule and oversee production
- Lead team members and ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage project documentation and administrative requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in restoration, construction, estimating, sales, project management, or operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; estimating software experience is a plus
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
