Office Assistant

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences mainly emails
• Plan and schedule appointments
• Greet and assist onsite patients
• Answer telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Some Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)

We are a healthcare clinic that uses functional medicine, applied kinesiology, chiropractic, and chiropractic neurology. Patient with everything form metabolic disorders to autoimmune and neurological disorders are seen on a daily basis.
