You will bring a strong background in senior living, multifamily, or other complex commercial construction, with the leadership, financial, and organizational skills to take ownership of projects and work closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.

Description
- Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion and turnover
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and subcontractor proposals
- Oversee procurement, buyout, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Partner closely with the Superintendent to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
- Identify potential project risks and develop solutions before they impact cost or schedule
- Mentor and support Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and other team members
Profile
- Experience managing multifamily and/or senior living projects
- A demonstrated ability to manage projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management
- Experience with projects in the $20M+ range preferred
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
