We’re hiring a Bulk Formulation Blender/Compounder to support liquid fill operations for personal care and OTC products. If you like working with exact measurements and following well-defined procedures, this role is for you.

What you'll do
  • Follow batch records and designated sequences to produce liquid batches for filling.
  • Verify pre-weighed ingredients and confirm lot accuracy.
  • Weigh, measure, and blend liquids, solids, and powders using agitators.
  • Use scales and thermometers to check batch parameters and document results.
  • Maintain product quality, purity, and consistency through careful execution.
  • Keep the area organized; use a forklift safely to move raw materials and finished goods.
  • Read and interpret safety rules, SOPs, and maintenance/operating instructions.
  • Create routine written reports and communicate findings clearly.
  • Perform arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals to validate formulas and yields.
  • Troubleshoot standard processing issues using practical judgment and follow-through.
  • Protect confidential information and exercise discretion.
Are you a match?
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1–3 months of compounding/blending experience (required); 1–2 years in OTC/personal care bulk manufacturing preferred. Process-oriented manufacturing experience considered.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, email, and inventory/manufacturing systems.
  • Physically able to sit, stand, squat, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, twist, carry, grasp, and grip for long durations.
  • Pass a Respirator Fit Test; must be clean-shaven for the test.
  • Available for an in-person, on-site interview.
Schedule options
  • 2nd Shift: Monday night – Friday night | 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Monday night – Friday night | 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM
