Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of carpentry tasks across residential and commercial renovation projects.
- Execute framing, trim work, drywall prep, and custom finish work with high precision.
- Interpret project plans, sketches, and specifications to carry out work efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site while adhering to all standard safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with site leads, sub-contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of professional carpentry or residential renovation experience.
- Solid knowledge of carpentry materials, hand/power tools, and trade best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Compensation & Benefits
