Childcare Center Cook

We are looking for a childcare cook to join our team!

Hours will be 7:00am to 3:30pm with a 30 minute break.

We will provide training if necessary.

Middleton Early Childhood Center is a NAC accredited and WI State licensed center.

• Plan and prepare balanced, familystyle meals and snacks following approved menus, nutritional guidelines, and daily attendance counts.3 meals a day for around 180 children.
• Prepare meals that meet licensing standards and follow food safety, allergymanagement, sanitation, and health procedures.
• Wash dishes, sanitize, and reset kitchen daily.
• Online grocery shop once a week and pick up (your own transportation, you will be reimbursed milage.)
• Follow MECC policies, DCF licensing rules, and NAC standards

• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Performing repetitive kitchen and cleaning tasks
• Daily dependability

• Experience and/or training working in a childcare kitchen
• Bilingual
