Delivery Driver - $21/Hour + Weekly Pay

D'Fine Logistica is a Delivery Service Partner led by a former U.S. Air Force mechanic and has been delivering packages since 2020. We believe in teamwork, safety, and supporting drivers who want a stable place to grow.

Terminal: 413 Goodman Rd, Concord, NC 28027
Routes serve Concord and surrounding areas toward Monroe, Indian Trail, and Matthews, with mostly residential/suburban stops plus apartments and businesses.

• $21/hour + performance bonus opportunities
• $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days with route evaluation
• Weekly pay

• Full-time
• 4 days per week
• 10-hour shifts
• Start around 9:40 AM and work through route completion
• Approximately 150 stops per day
• 40-hour opportunities based on team performance

• Safely deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses
• Get in and out of a delivery van throughout the day
• Walk, bend, climb stairs, and handle packages up to 50 lbs.
• Complete daily vehicle safety inspections
• Follow driving laws and company safety policies
• Use a smartphone for GPS, package scanning, timekeeping, and team communication

• Must be 21+
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment
• No CDL required
• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid background check and MVR
• Must be willing to consent to a 5-panel rapid drug test
• Able to handle packages up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather

Driving, delivery, courier, warehouse, construction, landscaping, or other physical work experience is helpful, but not required.
