Insurance Account Representative/Agent Trainee in Senatobia and Holly Springs, Mississippi to market insurance and provide financial services. Responsibilities: As an Insurance Account
Representative/Agent Trainee, you must be highly organized and detail-oriented while also having a positive personality. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to interact in a knowledgeable and professional manner with customers and other Shelter departments.
Requirements:- Sales and/or Insurance related experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Solid time-management and multitasking abilities
- Active property, casualty, and life/health insurance licensure in Tennessee and/or Mississippi
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)- Number of new prospects contacted
- Closing ratio
- Connections with clients
- Customer satisfaction
- Number of cross-sold accounts
- Policy sales growth
