Zing Recruiting, is partnership with a leading manufacturing company, is looking to hire a motivated Packaging Operator to support their Lakewood, NJ plant. This a 2nd shift opportunity with growth potential!
Shift information: 2nd shift (M-F -3:00PM - 11:30PM)
Pay rate: $21.00 per hour+ $1.5 shift differential - Trains on 1stfor 2-3 weeks.
Summary of responsibilities:
- Uses various material movement equipment to transport pallets, drums and materials and equipment
- Maintains level of housekeeping, sanitation, food safety and safety which meets company’s standards and guidelines
- Stage raw materials for production
- Handles containers, drums and pails of material while staging, storing, loading and unloading
- Maintains accurate inventory records for warehouse and cold box, including the scanning of products
- Forklift experience a plus
Desired Qualifications:
- Manufacturing/production experience.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- High school Diploma.
